Volkswagen do Brasil announces new head of customer experience
Volkswagen do Brasil has named Juliana Grunwald the executive manager of Customer Experience for the domestic market. The executive reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Volkswagen do Brasil, Roger Corassa.
Grunwald started at Volkswagen to contribute to the Accelerate VW strategy — Customer Centric pillar — whose goal is to develop a customer-focused culture from internal processes to the consumer journey, offering an increasingly differentiated experience to consumers of the brand.
She has worked for more than ten years in Customer Experience in companies such as Embraco, Resultados Digitais, Vtex, and 99. In her last position, she was responsible for the area at BASF. In addition, Grunwald is a member of the CXPA — Customer Experience Professionals Association.
