Ana Bolsoni is the new CXO of startup Dialog
Professional has more than 15 years of experience in Digital Communication and was Head of Operations of the Noz platform
Dialog, a startup developing the SuperApp Dialog – a digital internal communication channel aimed at engaging employees in medium and large companies – has just hired Ana Bolsoni as CXO – Chief Customer Experience Officer.
With a degree in Human Resources Management and specialization in Strategic Project Management, Bolsoni has more than 15 years of experience in Digital Communication. She worked in the marketing sector of companies such as BH Shopping, and more recently, she served as Head of Operations for the Noz platform.
Ana Bolsoni will manage the entire customer experience with the startup and the Dialog product. It will also build relationships with clients at the managerial and executive levels. It is an strategic hiring for Dialog, which grew 200% in 2021 and aims to reach 1 million employees in its base in 2022.
