Brasilprev has a new Customer Management Superintendent
Brasilprev, a private pension plan specialist and leader in this segment, has a new superintendent. She is Cinthia Caiani Spanó, who takes over the Client Management area. In the Customer Management department, her challenge will be to further improve the experience of the more than 2 million participants of Brasilprev’s pension plans.
Cinthia has worked at Brasilprev since 2003 in the Marketing and Communication areas. In 2009, she took on the management of Corporate Communication and, in 2010, also joined the Sustainability team. Since then, she has led institutional communication, press relations, internal communication, image risk management, sponsorship, events, and sustainability activities. Before joining Brasilprev, he worked at CIGNA Previdência e Investimentos and Reliasoft Brasil.
Graduated in Social Communication with an emphasis in Advertising and Marketing from ESPM, has a postgraduate degree in Business Management and Executive MBA, both from Insper. It also has an Investor Relations specialization from Saint Paul Business School.
