Boehringer Ingelheim announces new Digital Head in Brazil

Germano Duarte is the new leader of the Digital area at Boehringer Brasil. His main challenge will be to consolidate the company’s digital transformation process. Duarte will be responsible for the relationship with the business areas, bringing new tools and platforms to support health professionals.
Reporting to the Commercial Operation area, Duarte will also act in the delivery of solutions that make the role of the representative increasingly strategic, assist in the support and creation of new business models and growth of the share of voice of the brands in different channels.
With ten years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in the areas of Marketing, Digital & Multi-Channel, and Market Intelligence, Duarte is a Pharmaceutical-Biochemist from USP and has an MBA in Strategic Business Management from FIAP. He has worked in companies such as Takeda, Lilly, and Ferring. In the last four years, he participated in the construction of the new area of Digital Acceleration at Sanofi.
