Mariano Vila will be responsible for attracting LLYC talents in America
LLYC takes a step further in talent management with the creation of the Talent Acquisition Leader position. It will be responsible for attracting the best profiles to the company and accelerating the development of the careers of its professional team. The new role will be led by two executives with extensive experience and knowledge: Mariano Vila in the American Continent and Luis Gonzalez in Europe. Both will report to Luis Miguel Peña, Chief Talent Officer, and work in coordination with the three Business Partners: Aida Benzo (Europe), Marina Asensio (DDB), and Laureana Navarro (American Continent).
LLYC currently employs almost 1,200 employees in the 12 countries it operates. It grew nearly 40% in the last year thanks to its growth plan, which included acquiring two companies in Spain (Apache Digital and CHINA) and another in Mexico (BESO).
“Placing two top-tier executives, who have been fundamental to the company’s business, to the talent area is proof of the importance we attach to this current challenge that all companies face,” says Luis Miguel Peña about the new hirings.
