Four executives have joined the company
Mercado Livre, an Aberje member, has announced new Adverting team members. Under the direction of Felipe Paranaguá, the following are now part of the company: commercial managers Gabriel Gorgatti and Felipe Julião; insights manager Fernanda Nakazaki Gomes Corrêa; and marketing manager Daniella Simionato.
Globally, the largest marketplaces have consolidated themselves as an important business partner for brands and agencies, capturing a significant part of the investment in online media. Following this trend, the new hires of the Advertising team aim to accelerate this movement in Brazil, supported by the entire Mercado Livre ecosystem, a leader in e-commerce and financial services in Latin America. “As a technology and business platform for brands and agencies, we have two important differentials: an audience with a purchase intention – 54 million unique visitors in Brazil – and valuable insights into the consumer’s journey. Currently, e-commerce and marketplaces are the main sources of product research for 74% of Brazilians, according to GFK. Therefore, it is essential that brands are present where their consumer is in research and purchase action”, says Felipe Paranaguá.
