Coca-Cola creates inclusion board and unifies communication
The executive Marina Peixoto takes on the leadership of the Inclusion and Diversity at Coca-Cola Brazil, where she has worked for the last 17 years. The area was created to expand the space of the equity agenda in the internal policy of people. Peixoto is a Production Engineer and Master in Administration. She was one of the creators of the company’s Diversity Committee in 2011 and has been working since then, along with her activities. For the past four years, she served as Coca-Cola Brasil’s Communications Director, which is now led by Andrea Mota, Director of Sustainability.
